The amendments to the Civil Procedure Regulations prepared by the Supreme Court under Chapter 6 Civil Procedure Rules entered into force on 29.08.2024 by being published in the Official Gazette.

For the amendments to the Civil Procedure Regulation, meetings were held with the governmental institutions and the Banking Association in order to reach an agreement for the implementation to enter into force in an expeditious and effective manner.

In meetings with the Banking Association, work is underway to prepare software for the implementation through the IT system and it is aimed to put this IT system into practice as soon as the work of the Banking Association is ready.

In the meeting held with the TRNC Bar Association and Local Bar Associations officials, the amendment and implementation were explained and it was decided to organize an event in the near future to explain the amendment and implementation to all lawyers.
